Waitress announced this morning that they would be welcoming Joel Montague to the cast as Ogie. His recent roles include Mendel in Falsettos, Nicely-Nicely Johnson in Guys and Dolls and Kevin in Fat Friends.

Joe Sugg – who’s been playing Ogie since 9 September – will play his last performance at the Adelphi at the end of this month, and Joel will step in from 2 December.

Theatre Royal Stratford East announced their 2020/2021 pantomime today. Oh no they didn’t! Oh yes they did!

Next year’s panto will be Red Riding Hood, with book and lyrics by award-winning Bryony Lavery (Frozen, The Lovely Bones) and music and lyrics by Robert Hyman (Dick Whittington, Sleeping Beauty).
