It snows in August as Frozen makes its first public performance

It was a magical evening last Friday as Disney’s Frozen played their first preview performance at Theatre Royal Drury Lane.

Starring Samantha Barks and Stephanie McKeon as the princesses of Arendelle, one of Disney’s modern favourites is finally opening on the London stage, having wowed audiences on Broadway for the last three years.

The show opens the newly-rennovated Theatre Royal Drury Lane, a venue that was surrounded by a flurry of snow last night to celebrate the historic opening of what is sure to be a huge West End show!

Joining Samantha and Stephanie on stage are Obioma Ugoala (Kristoff), Craig Gallivan (Olaf), Oliver Ormson (Hans), Richard Frame (Weselton), and Mikayla Jade and Ashley Birchall (Sven).

The rest of the cast includes Jeremy Batt, Cameron Burt, Lauren Chia, Laura Emmitt, Emily-Mae (Bulda), Hannah Fairclough, Danielle Fiamanya, Chris Fung, Matt Gillett, Joe Griffiths-Brown, Emily Lane, Justin-Lee Jones, Jason Leigh Winter, Jacob Maynard, Leisha Mollyneaux, Gabriel Mokake (King Agnarr), Sarah O’Connor, Jemma Revell, Joshua St. Clair (Pabbie), Jacqui Sanchez (Queen Iduna), Jak Skelly (Oaken/Bishop), Jake Small, Kerry Spark, Isabel Snaas, Monica Swayne, and Anna Woodside.

The child cast comprises Minaii.K Barrowes, Sasha Watson-Lobo, Freya Scott, Tilly-Raye Bayer (young Elsa) and Kanon Narumi, Asanda Masike, Ellie Shenker, and Summer Betson (young Anna).#
