Everyone’s favourite dancing mouse will arrive in London this summer as part of a nationwide tour of fun packed stage show Angelina Ballerina The Mousical.

Written and directed by kids’ television’s Miranda Larson, the hugely popular ballet enthusiast will leap off the page and on to the stage in this musical adventure that sees Angelina and her friends work together to try and get Camembert Academy to appear on their favourite television show Dancing With Mice.

Ready to inspire young audiences to follow their dreams, four theatres near London will be transported to Chipping Cheddar as part of the Mousical tour.

The show will arrive at Guildford’s G Live for performances from 21 to 23 July, followed by Croydon’s Fairfield Halls from 5 to 7 August. Angelina will then head straight to Richmond Theatre from 8 to 10 August and finally play the Watford Colosseum on 21 and 22 August.

First seen on the pages of Katharine Holabird and Helen Craig’s first Angelina Ballerina picture book in 1983, the pirouetting mouse has soared to fame with more than 20 books published since and a popular animated series in the UK and US.

Bringing the character to life on stage will be a cast including Joanna Gregory as the mouse herself, and Sophie Summers and Katharine McNamara as her friends Gracie and Alice. The talented company will perform all-important choreography by Matthew Cole.
